Founding Partner
Ty Comrie
Ty Comrie is a Founding Partner and the Managing Partner of CB Capital, where he is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the company and leads all asset management and investment-related activities, including capital raising and business development.
Prior to forming CB Capital, he worked within his Family Office at Brunton Management, focusing primarily on privately syndicated multifamily acquisitions in the Southwest, and continues to assist with the family’s asset allocation and diversification strategies. Ty brings extensive experience investing across various asset classes, including credit, consumer-focused private equity, venture capital, public equities, fixed income, and real estate.
Ty graduated from UCLA with B.A. and a minor in Entrepreneurship.

Jeremy Blaustein
Jeremy Blaustein is a Founding Partner of CB Capital, where he focuses on new investment execution, asset management, business operations, and capital raising.
Prior to CB Capital, he was a member of the investment team at Geolo Capital, the private equity arm of the John Pritzker Family Office, where he helped build a $2.5 billion portfolio of multifamily and hospitality assets across the United States. Jeremy has also held numerous roles in investment banking and private equity at firms including JMP Securities (a Citizens Company), Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, and Raymond James Financial.
He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
